My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was comfy, clean, with a great big screen TV and a cold fridge, offering a wonderful view and quiet atmosphere. Sadly, the presence of bedbugs and a room smell were significant downsides.

The room had bedbugs, and I only noticed them after I had slept in the room for one night. Despite this, the room itself was comfortable, clean, with great amenities like a big screen TV and a cold fridge. The view from the room was lovely, and it provided a peaceful ambiance.

The service was overall exceptional with staff always offering a warm and friendly demeanor. However, there was a negative encounter where one staff member was uncooperative and rude towards our grandmother after she experienced an issue with her bed.
